Emotional Eating No More!

My Goals:
*Being more consistent with my excercise levels.

*Being more conscious of what and when I'm eating.

*Not berating myself if I have an off day. I need to realize that mistakes happen and move forward with positive steps!

My Program:
*Daily planning and recording of my meals (especially snacks!)

*Bare minimum of 30 minutes 3 days a week excercise

Personal Information:
Married my high school sweetheart 13 years ago! Blessed with three amazing children (12, 10 and 8 yrs old). After 10 yrs of being a SAHM I am working at Victoria's Secret and love my job!

Other Information:
Not a very athletic person but I love reading and hanging out with my many girlfriends who I count as my family! Love my God and my relationship with Jesus!!!

Variety is the spice of life. I love having different workouts to challenge me and it's good for the process.

I remember back in a day when I got my first workout....I did it over and over and over. And over....at that time I was walking and running. I think that's what really killed it for me at one point.

I had found a workout group about 6 or 7 years ago and they introduced me so many new workouts....and now I know where to get them and it's awesome!
