New Year's Resolution!
New Year's resolution 2007: get healthy, set a good example for my children's eating habits and fitness routines and get ready for my 20 year high school reunion summer 2008! Update 1/6: reunion is set for Aug 1st and 2nd and I'm almost ready to go! I'm working more on body fat percentage than weight or clothing size. I need to be between 21% and 24% for my age/height and I'm at 29% right now. I should be the bomb for that reunion and my trip to the dominican republic right ...

Update 1/6: reunion is set for Aug 1st and 2nd and I'm almost ready to go! I'm working more on body fat percentage than weight or clothing size. I need to be between 21% and 24% for my age/height and I'm at 29% right now. I should be the bomb for that reunion and my trip to the dominican republic right before it! Update 5/2: 25% body fat and 146 pounds. I think if I get to 140 my body fat should be in a healthy range. I'm a size 8 (6 in some designers) and it's so much fun to shop now! I can literally pick up a pair of 8 pants/shorts, take them home w/o trying them on and have them FIT! So unlike a size 22! Shirts are a medium and also easy to buy right off the shelf or internet! I used to dred shopping for clothes now I need more income to keep up w/ myself!

Gotta get active, I really don't over-eat or eat poorly...mind you I need to watch my cholesterol and fat calories. Snack on fruits, veggies, nuts regularly to keep my metabolism running.
Personal Information:
I love living in Florida, but I need to take advantage of the beautiful weather and get out and exercise. Problem is w/ bad feet, even walking hurts! I hate the idea of working out in front of my hubby if he's home, strange I know, but I see it as a personal routine not to be shared. Any ideas?
