Getting healthy for my family...

HI, my name is Mike. I have a beautiful wife and a beautiful almost 2 year old daughter. I have stick thin my whoie life. I have been in a desk job for the past several years and that combined with my wife's good cooking has put about 50 pounds on me! My wife is on SP and she has motivated me to start losing weight with her!

Welcome to Married Life! I wish you the best in your journey to WELLNESS!!! Hope that you meet all your personal goals at SparkPeople. We hope to give each other motivation and support for us to reach our individual goals.

Wow!! 2 husbands in a row joined the team!! We are so happy!!! We hope one day that one of the husbands would volunteer to be one of the team leaders. Men need male mentors and they often will talk to each other.
