I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I went on my first diet as a junior in high shcool. I kept most of it off through college (a few ups and downs) until I got married. Then the weight seemed to creep back up on me. Then I got pregnant with my first child and added 45 more new pounds to that. I lost most of that weight and got pregnant again and then did the same thing a third time. So now I have 3 wonderful children and want to get rid of all of this excess weight.

My goal is to reach a realistic healthy weight for my height and to gain energy to play with my children.

My Program:
I work out 5-6 days a week doing at least 45 min of cardio and 3 days of weight training(usually in a circuit)

I am going to aim for February to try to get back to exercising. I'll start out slow and see how it goes.
I will keep in touch now that I'm logging in daily.

It's good to know you are staying active!

I had another set back a few months ago when I was in a car accident. I suffered tissue damage in my back. I shouldn't suffer long term but had to go to physio. In times of high stress I turn to food and once again I did not pay attention to what I was eating. Now I am focusing on the nutritio side since my acticity is limited. I dropped 9 pounds in a week and a half so it seems to be working.

emoticon Hey; thanks for stopping by my Page. Yep...I completed a 10K, but didn't run it. Took me almost 2 hours! I still can't run (other than a slight jog for a block or so), but I got a helluva power walk! emoticon hee,hee I think I may do another emoticon in the spring then shoot for a emoticon next fall, even if I'm still just walking.

How have you been? I am trying to get back on here daily to have some sort of accountability. I gained back so much weight, but that's what happens when life gets in the way!
