I had another set back a few months ago when I was in a car accident. I suffered tissue damage in my back. I shouldn't suffer long term but had to go to physio. In times of high stress I turn to food and once again I did not pay attention to what I was eating. Now I am focusing on the nutritio side since my acticity is limited. I dropped 9 pounds in a week and a half so it seems to be working. 1311 days ago
Hey; thanks for stopping by my Page. Yep...I completed a 10K, but didn't run it. Took me almost 2 hours! I still can't run (other than a slight jog for a block or so), but I got a helluva power walk! hee,hee I think I may do another in the spring then shoot for a next fall, even if I'm still just walking.
