Thanks for your comment on my recent blog! I feel good about where I'm at (not being up pound-wise but feeling recommitted and refocused). I jumped on my bike and cranked up the intesity both yesterday and this morning. I also took my dog out last night. We went for 2 mile walk and we even jogged a couple of bursts along the way to get my heart rate up. We can do this! Just gotta keep moving - and that is one thing I am very proud of . . . I've been struggling a bit, but I've kept at this for over a year! Every other time I would have given up. People will tell you that muscle weighs more than fat so if you weight it staying steady and you've been working out extra and really measuring and calculating everything correctly, that could be it. I never liked that answer myself - LOL! But perhaps that true and what is happening with you. Keep in touch and let me know how that Body Bugg is working out for you. H!!!!! I'm LOVING my bodybugg and digital display. You will love the dd! I have been spendin most of my time on the bodybugg Facebook page, you should come over there. The support is wonderful and it's so much fun. I am doing all my food logging on the bodybugg site and visit SP every couple of days or so. I try to log in here everyday, but seriously the bb is the best investment I have ever made.
