My Goals:
Do some cardio and stretching every day. Do C25k again and complete it this time. Keep off the weight now that I've reached my goal weight.

My Program:
I'm trying to drink more water so I'm not drinking empty calories (juice, cocoa, etc.). I want to add in some daily exercise, too.
