Iíve started over with my regiment

Well; letís face it; Iíve started over with my regiment. So many times we start out with good intention to find ourselves back at square one; well Iím like everyone else; that is and has been my story for too long to mention. But here I am; at it again; knocked down by not knocked out! I always say being a teenage athlete and 12 years of military service; Iím no stranger to fitness; I know what it looks like and feels like. I know how to obtain it and maintain it; I know how; but doing it has ...

My Goals:
Lose 76 pounds by November 2013

My Program:
I am learning to make better food choices. I now have a food curfew, no food after 8pm, I know that may sounds late but for now that time works better with my schedule. I have cut out Pepsi (I miss you), only diet drinks if necessary the rest is water. The hardest is part is exercise but Iím trying to walk at 3 times per day and add in strength training.

Change eating habits

Be more active

Drink more water

Just to update ya...I'm completed 3 weeks...really do enjoy the changes in my mental attitude. I've not weighed in, only because I don't want the number to discourage me....but still treaking!! :) How are you doing? emoticon

MCLYMORE...Thanks for dropping by my page! Just so you know, I am starting T25 in two days (Monday 3/10/14)...I had wanted to start last Monday, but had to travel for work. I knew being on the road for 10+ hours would not lead to wise eating choices, so I decided to wait until I was at home! I'm VERY EXCITED about the program!! I'll keep you posted!! emoticon

Hey! Thanks for stopping by my page. I am always really bad at getting back to people from my blog too so no worries! emoticon The trail I am planningon doing is called the Sakatah Singing HIlls Trail and it runs from Faribault, MN (where I live) to Mankato, MN. It is pretty flat with a few miles of slightly hillier terrain on the Mankato end. Right now I'm just waiting for the snow to go away so I can get back out on the bike at all. Have a great day!
