What exactly is the bar method? I searched for it online and does it basically consist of a long rail bolted to the side of a room...and you just do a bunch of exercise/stretching movements while hanging onto the "bar"? I think the class is focused around pilates, but I can't remember! It's on the bulletin board at the gym but I probably won't be going there until tomorrow or Wednesday. The class starts Wednesday, November 3rd, so I am excited! I've never went to a fitness class before, so it will be interesting! I hope I am not the most out-of-shape person there! 2071 days ago
