Stepping it up

I got down to my lowest weight of 120 with Spark. I felt amazing, even if I wasn't model thin and ready to wear a 2 piece swimsuit. HA! Anyway, with realistic eating I got back to 125 which was okay with me. The last few months I've gotten lazy and now quite a few of my clothes are tight. It's time for me to get more conscious and make an effort.

Modify my "take-out" and drive-thru eating habits to make healthy choices.

Figure out how to eat healthier when someone else does most of the cooking.

My Program:
I'm using the nutrition tracker daily (it makes it so easy) and exercising regularly. I plan ahead for special events and keep within my limits.

Can you believe this year is over? It has been such a bad year for me with my husband having open heart surgery and all the other "outpatient" surgeries he went through. Then I found out that my dad fell, he was 96, and chipped his shoulder and I found this out from the neighbor that found him.

My dad passed away November 6 and we have been so busy with combining two households.

I will not be upset to see this year go. I wish you and yours a very happy and healthy new year. Merry Christmas.

How are things?! I'm just getting back from a little sabbatical. Hope that you're having a fantastic holiday season so far!

I'm doing well.
Sounds like you got to see some neat horse therapy. I have a family friend who has a vet clinic out in Colorado and they have a water treadmill. I'd love to go and see it!
How's the cycling going? Your getting closer to done with your rotation. What's next?

Hi,

This has been a very hectic summer for me with all the health issues between the two of us. I think we are finished except for paying all the bills!

I pray your summer has gone well. Seems unbelievable that it is over already. I am so sorry it has taken me so long to answer your kind comment. Thank you. The heat has been very hard on me this year. I have taken some spills and changes that will get better with the cooler weather.

It looks like I really missed your birthday. emoticon I hope you had a happy one.

God bless you,

EG
