Stepping it up
I got down to my lowest weight of 120 with Spark. I felt amazing, even if I wasn't model thin and ready to wear a 2 piece swimsuit. HA! Anyway, with realistic eating I got back to 125 which was okay with me. The last few months I've gotten lazy and now quite a few of my clothes are tight. It's time for me to get more conscious and make an effort.

My Goals:
Exercise regularly Modify my "take-out" and drive-thru eating habits to make healthy choices. Figure out how to eat healthier when someone else does most of the cooking.
My Program:
I'm using the nutrition tracker daily (it makes it so easy) and exercising regularly. I plan ahead for special events and keep within my limits.
Personal Information:
I'm currently living with my fiance who has no idea of portion control for someone my size. We're planning a wedding for this summer. I live with my fiance and miniature schnauzer, Klaus (rhymes with "house").
Other Information:
I play handbells and love to knit.
