I had my first baby back in December of 06 and the weight I gained lead me to sparkpeople. I have managed to lose around 40 lbs since then and have managed to keep it off. My goal in 2010 is to tone up, build more muscle and lose the last 5 lbs. I started running over a year ago and have since ran 2 5k's and 1 10k. I would like to run my first half marathon in 2010. My biggest obstacles are finding the time to work out and having the energy to do it.

My Goals:
Gain no more than 20 lbs of baby weight.

Run my first 5k (July 18) (Done!)

Run my first 10k (January 2010) Done!

Build muscle tone.

Eat clean

Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

Be a good role model for my baby.

Finish my 2 year degree. (August 2010) Done!

Go hiking in the mountains.



My Program:
Walk or do the Elliptical for 45 mins 6 days per week.

(Spend time outdoors) Go for a walk with my hubby at least 3 days a week.






Personal Information:
I am happily married with one daughter and 2 step daughters and one more on the way. I am currently a SAHM focusing on staying fit and healthy throughout this pregnancy. Baby is due in December 2010.
I live in North Carolina.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
