I have spent most of my life dieting, dieting and more dieting. I lose 20 pounds in eight or ten weeks and then gain 30 back in six months. That's exactly how I have gotten to where I am now!

I am married to a wonderful man (have been for 16 years) and have two children, a 15 year old daughter and a 8 year old son. They are all THIN. WTHeck happened to me?!?

We have a busy, happy life. My husband and I run a business that takes a lot of our time, our kids are active in sports (figure skating, hockey, baseball, swimming) and enjoy other activities as well (youth group, scouts, etc.).

Our favorite thing to do as a family is VACATION. We are addicted to cruising and try to do so every few months. What I would give to look cute in a swim suit laying near the pool on the Lido deck! Maybe one day......until then, I am taking this one day and one pound at a time!
