I'm a 26 year old medical student. I've been dieting all my adult life, it seems like. I've been pretty good at losing weight, and excellent at putting it back on. I'm here to learn gradually how to live a healthier, more holistic lifestyle. My new health philosophy is: I'd rather be a tortoise than a hare! :-) So I'm here, making small, sustainable changes, and enjoying the journey.
I want to treat my body and my mind better. I want to reward my successes, love what I'm doing, and love myself even though I'll never be perfect.
I'm following the Lean Eating for women program from Precision Nutrition. From January 10th, 2011 to the end of this year, I'll be gradually changing my habits and my health for the better!
I live in Indianapolis, IN, in a tiny apartment with a tiny cat.
Most of my time is spent at school, working out, reading, or with friends. :-D
