I was so amazed how much time my holistic practitioner spent with me. She started to laugh every time I stood up to get my coat! It was so refreshing to be able to talk, explain, cry, and not feel rushed. Best of all a session of massage therapy was included with the visit. My other Dr. never offers me a cup of green tea! haha I'm back on track, and weight loss is slow now, but that's okay. It's easier for me to focus now on the healthy eating and exercising.
