    Yah, was not expecting to be made motivator of the day... lol.

    That is such a good quote (fly or run or walk or crawl but don't stop moving) because I used to be such a perfectionist and over time I have realized that is not just realistic... but to reach our goals we have to keep MOVING. As Indy~Girl says, lose, maintain, but just don't gain. And sometimes all we can manage are the smallest of baby steps. Keep at it Di. Whatever you can do is just fine!

    Thanks for adding me as a friend. Love Nova Scotia. We were there last April visiting a good friend and I got hooked on the harp/celtic music. Now I want to go back in the summer season to try clam digging and visit more events. I'm hoping my University group has a reunion there.

    Welcome to SP. Make sure you turn off the emails or you will get swamped. I think the settings are in your "edit page". Take your time finding the teams that motivate you. You have a couple of awesome people on your page already to follow so are off to a good start. Iny~girl is one of my favourites. For adding trackers... go to your edit page. Watch out as we Canadians often get the weight in KG automatically and it's tricky to change to pounds. There are technical support threads too. Go to help and it should give you the details if you need it. I've been on SP several years and have kind of forgotten the basics of setting up a page but I'm sure you'll figure it out.
