I'm glad you will make use of the suggestion to journal 'positive' things. It's truly something we have to 'train' ourselves to do because we spend way too much time focusing on the negative and sometimes being our own worst critic. Now I always catch myself when I say things like 'oh that was stupid of me' and change the words to turn it to something more positive.
Thank you for your words of encouragement too... I am facing a lot but so are many others... so I will continue to focus and work at being stronger every day!
