    You can do it I am to we make mistakes there's always road blocks we just got to learn how to remove them from blocks to bumps slow down take a breather to get relaxed a bit go full throttle again when you feel like it I'm working on my diet that's rough on me right now plus water intake I'm wanting a accountability partner but it's hard to find one with the hours I work 11a-8p and the sad thing is that I got to have everything ready to walk out my door dressed and ready for work by 10:15 so my workouts need to be completed by 8:30-9:00 to be showered and ready to goto work it's a 30 minute drive to my work from my house why I give myself an extra 15 in case of wreck or something road related emergency you just never know if you will be stopped for an accident or not I just like to be o. Time
