Enough is enough
Hi! My name is Marianne. I'm 38, married with 2 kids aged 7 and 9. I am around 170 lbs and looking to lose 30 lbs but mainly wanting to be functionally fit! To do push ups without wanting to die. To be able to do a pull up or a chin up unassisted. I want to get rid of the muffin top as my problem area forever has been my stomach. My Program:
3 hours of cardio a week 3 x weight training 3 day split (chest/back, legs, arms/shoulders)
