Enough is enough

Hi! My name is Marianne. I'm 38, married with 2 kids aged 7 and 9. I am around 170 lbs and looking to lose 30 lbs but mainly wanting to be functionally fit! To do push ups without wanting to die. To be able to do a pull up or a chin up unassisted. I want to get rid of the muffin top as my problem area forever has been my stomach. 3 hours of cardio a week

Thanks for the comments on my blog. I have gone through a few trainers myself. I would go for a while and then stop. I think it is the too much all of a sudden thing. I hate the gym and the feeling I have at the gym. I don't like to sweat in front of other people I guess! Good luck to you here here's to SP making it possible.
