Hi, Good luck, I too am new. I'm Sally. Been tracking for a couple of weeks as far as my nutrition, and am slowly getting into it more and more. Was and am doing weight watchers, but recently started insulin and saw all of my hard work go up in smoke as my weight climbed back almost to where it was when I started. My Doctor suggested that I start counting my calories and it's helped. I've lost 5lbs in just a couple of weeks, I know it won't stay that easy, but at least it gave me a really nice start and a natural high to stick with it.
I'm on the shy side but it's nice to meet all of you.
