I am competing as a team member with a great group of women. Our program is called Dare to Lose! There are some similarities to the biggest loser. We meet twice a week for 1 1/2 hours with our trainers, have challenges and weigh ins and are responsible for watching our food intake and exercising at least 2 more times a week. My Program:
The dare to lose program runs for 8 weeks at a time. We are starting on week four now. We train with a exercise physiologist on two days a week for 1 1/2 hours. Weights, cardio, snd core strength. On one of those days we will have a challenge with the gray team. We are responsible to exercise on our own and watch our food intake.

Personal Information:
I live in upstate New York in the Finger Lakes region. A beautiful area with hills, lakes, waterfalls, farms, vineyards and quaint small towns. We also have many colleges and universities in the area.

Other Information:
Some of my interests include photography, painting, reading, bird watching, gardening and taking classes at our senior citizen center.

I was hoping with the bloodsugars lower the weight would move down now too .. just keep going - fit bit says I am minus 3400 cals this week .. al most a pound - they don't count carbs - they are about 50 a day ...
