Hi everyone! I decided today was the day to start getting healthy. I usually watch what I eat and try to walk a couple of times a week, but I know just that isn't going to get me where I want to be.

Well everyone it's been almost 3 months and I've lost almost 15 lbs and I am starting to feel better about myself. I need to refocus and hold myself accountable for the exercise portion I'm doing decent in the eating department.

Time to Refocus went back to stage 1 to revitalize my weight loss. Wish me luck.

I'm trying to continue to walk a few nights a week, drink more plain water, and watch portion sizes. Motivation is a big think I need to increase, and maybe a little will power.

My Name is Kerri, I'm 39and I have 3 boys 17, 13, and 3. I've been married "forever" and live in Springfield Missouri. I've been with McDonald's for 22 years and was a store manager and recently dropped down to assistant after the birth of my 3rd son.

Other Information:
Like to read novels by authors such as Danielle Steel and Nora Roberts don't really have alot of time for that.

Kerri, just stopping by your page to say hi... and to see how you're doing? I'm back in the swing... I think... :) Nope... I am!!! My daughter in law is helping me keep focused and it's been nice to have her behind me pushing me up the hill... Hope you are well. Thinking of you ... we need to double date soon! Do you and Kenny live drive in movies? That might be fun some Friday night -- Aurora's Drive in is still open!!!!

Hi, Kerri! Thanks for stopping by my page! I knew you worked at Mickey D's from your name. Ha! I wish I lived closer to Spfld...it would be a life saver to have someone to walk with. I hope that sparkpeople will be like a virtual support group! Like I said, I've lost that same 50 lbs over and over...I just keep finding it!! I sure like being thin better! emoticon
