Getting Close to Goal!
Now that 2010 is upon us, I thought I would let everyone know how close I am to goal. I began with Sparkpeople at 208 pounds and I set my goal at 165 pounds. As of January 12 (nearly 2 years) my weight is 174. Nine pounds to go!!! I never thought I would be able to shed those 40 or so pounds but I sure knew I was lifting them every time I got up from sitting. And I most certainly can feel those 34 pounds gone! I'm putting a lot less stress on my body and I can feel the ...

My Goals:
I was 208# and I my goal weight is 165#. As of February, 2009, I weigh 174 on my way down to 165.
My Program:
Since my main thing is going to be nutrition I have given up cherry Pepsi and started drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. I also am pulling hard with my dog. It gets my heart rate up and makes my one good arm stronger while it uses my legs, too.
