Life changing experience

Started Spark June 2010, my goal when I started SP was to learn how eat better to try a get off my high blood med.
By Nov. 2010, my blood press was normal (130/75). My doctor gave me permission to stop taking my BP Med. BUT would leave the prescription OPEN until my next visit. Just had my annual physical, as January 2011, my PRESCRIPTION for BP has been CANCELLED :-)

That was change from (158/97) to (130/75) in about 5 month.

MCCOURTT is OK, sorry about that it's been a really busy summer, getting ready to be even busy. Look so to winter so thing slow down a little. Hi everyone I'm still here.

Thanks for the heads up about the meet-up time for the AF marathon. As for the ORRRC, I've done several races through them and I think they're terrific organizers for the most part and just a fun group of folks. Have a great rest of the week!
