Chris Is Losing Weight!
Hi, my name is Chris. I'm here to lose weight that I've put on. I am 30 and 215 pounds overweight and joined Spark People to drop that weight. I used to be under 200 and in good shape. Played basketball, football, soccer, and boxed in school but once I got out of school and got married, I started gaining. My Goals:
I would like to weigh 175 pounds so that I can do all of the things I loved and used to do such as hiking, basketball and just being active.
My Program:
I plan to eliminate soda and beer and replace it with water. Also start eating more fresh veggies, less junk & stop eating earlier. I signed up for a gym and am going to workout there 5 days a week, one hour a day.
