Watch out, here I come!

I love Weight Watchers, need I say more. Since August 2nd to date i've lost a total of 71.2 lbs. I have to say it again, I've lost 71.2 lbs!!!! It only took me 8 months to do it. Although I work my butt off at the gym every day and for the most part stay focused on the long term goal it has been the most fun, exciting and rewarding diet of my life. UNBELIEVEABLE!

There is nothing better then to have people come up to you and tell you how good you look. Compliments like that ...

It is important for people to know how much time and effort I put into my body. I have good days and bad but always find a way to get back in to the groove of things. I like to think that being focused is like having tunnel vision. Don't look left or right but keep moving in that forward direction. There is always light at the end of the tunnel.

Oh yes, and if you don't stop me in time - I WILL brag about my weightloss. I feel I deserve to, don't you? Everyone has a right to know how hard you work at whatever you are doing. In this case I feel the world should know how excited I am and how much of a life changing experience this has been for me.

My Goals:
Reach my goal weight
of 135lbs and lose about 10 more lbs from that. This should be fun :-)

I don't like to put a time limit on weightloss. It'll come in time.
Fast is always good, but this is "a way of life" and I want to do it right!



My Program:
CARDIO!
Most important thing to do when you are loosing weight is to workout. It will not only make you feel better about yourself, but will tone your body. I love to see my muscles :-) Almost there!
Did I mention Weight Watchers? I need to be their spokesperson. I can eat anything I want, go out for a night and drink anything I want stay within my point range and loose weight. WHAT? Are you kidding me? Really?
YES... really. It's true. It really works!!!

Personal Information:
I'm from Pittsburgh, born and raised. Lived in Georgia for five years. One of the reasons why I returned....to be back in the city that I love.

Congratulations!
Keep up the good work. I'm going to take with me "tunnel vision".
That is a great way to look at weight loss. I plan on starting that inspirational plan right now.
