Focus ~ Honolulu Marathon 2011 ~

Focus ~ the journey is worth it ~ Nearly a year in Iraq is almost up. Wow, it has been quite a year. So looking forward to 31 May and ultimately 6 June! Staying focused.

My Goals:
Starting to train for the Honolulu Marathon 2011 and need to drop this extra weight.

~Near Term Goals:~

*Hitting 175 pounds before the end of May 2011

~Mid Term Goals:~
Lose x3-5 pounds a month n keep it off
Race #1 7/10 - 8K
Race #2 8/14 - 15K
Race #3 9/4 - 20K
Race #4 11/6 - 13.2MI

~Long Term Goals:~
*Hitting 173 pounds, before the end of June 2011

- HNL MARATHON 12/11
- Goal Weight: 154 (Kansas weight 163)
- Make living a healthy lifestyle an everyday focus

My Program:
Cardio X5 a week 22 miles @ a minimum(treadmill and elliptical)

Week#2: 20 -26 MAR 2011 = 45 minutes w/ x1 50 minute workout (oh yeah ~ met goal 100%)

Week#8: 1 -7 MAY 2011
= 22 miles (run 5 miles in an hour; 12 min miles)
Begin lifting weights also
*30 days leave Iraq for HI*
~FOCUS & HARD WORK~
