Losing the baby weight!!!

Desperately in need of an update here! I've been on Spark since 2009 and went from 148 lb. to 112 lb. at my lowest. Although 112 was a bit too low for me, I did find a happy weight somewhere around 117. Most importantly, my dietary choices were the healthiest they had ever been and I was very disciplined about working out 4-5 times a week. Although 112 was a bit too low for me, I did find a happy weight somewhere around 117. Most importantly, my dietary choices were the healthiest they had ever been and I was very disciplined about working out 4-5 times a week. I got in the best shape of my life and maintained for a couple of years! My weight started to creep up a bit after my wedding in 2011, but still was ok at around 124-ish and I maintained that until my husband and I decided to start a family in 2013. I had my precious baby girl, Margot Ruby on Feb. 5, 2014 and gained a total of 30 lb. during pregnancy. I am now down to 140lb. and would like to still lose 22 more to get back to my happy weight! I am exclusively breastfeeding, which burns around 500 calories a day (woo hoo!) Because of this, you'll notice my calories are higher than they used to be to lose the weight (great of course to eat more, but nursing makes me sooo hungry!) I am still trying to get back into my exercise routine before I head back to work in April. I am getting in some walks twice a week or so, but at 6 weeks postpartum and feeling great, its time to ramp it up!!

Some things I still struggle with mostly stem from my obsessive tendencies-anxiety over bad food choices, occasional binging, etc. My biggest food weaknesses are probably peanut butter, cereal & ice cream! I do well with structure, so i really like the calorie and exercise logs. They help to keep me accountable & honest. I LOVE sparkpeople & the tools its provided me with to lose the weight once--and I know I can do it again and truly 'have it all!!'

I live in atlanta with my amazing fiance. I'm a recent college grad with a BA in English, and i am currently looking for a job/career to actually USE this, haha.

Been doing well, bought some bedding for the baby girl and now I am working on the decorating aspect. I am not a fan of pink, but I am slowly working to embrace a small part of it.

Life has been good, slow gains, I am currently in my 3rd Trimester now, home stretch. I am up about 16 pounds or so. I am sure after the holidays it will be a mad dash to gain gain gain. (baby growing)

I am keeping up with volleyball and some stretching, getting in walks in winter is hard, so I am working on eating well. She does not let me eat too much at one sitting, so that is a blessing.

How the heck are you doing?

Not sure if you have heard, but I am pregnant. It has been a crazy 14 weeks thus far, but we are excited and blessed.

My workouts are still going. I am back to P90X with arms, legs, and Yoga. I also am working on adding in 10-15 miles per week for walks.

Food, has been okay, but each day I just take it one meal at a time.

I am also back from all my trips for now.
I am so happy to hear you had such a great time / day! Pictures please.

I am doing much better with my routine, and just focusing on what I can.
