My Goals:
I want to spend a lot more time outdoors and on adventures. Hiking, exploring, raveling anything new! I want to be in shape to enjoy it.

My Program:
I am ready to go! Pole fitness, cardio dance and outdoor activities to keep moving.
I have started Geocaching and it is a great way to get outdoors and get some exercise. I love it.

Personal Information:
I am 44 and married to my best friend! We live in a small town in Indiana. I am a caterer which makes weight loss a unique challenge. Especially during baking projects and catering events.

Other Information:
I went to visit my son at IU last spring and we walked everywhere. I felt fat and out of shape. The walking and activity felt great and I wanted to build on that. It has taken awhile, but I am getting more active. I want to be more fit to be more adventerous!

Hey Michelle! thank's for adding me as a friend! I've added you too!
OHH to be a culinary student !!! oh wow!! that would be so much fun! But oh wow being around all that food everyday, I would be the size of a house! But it would be fun, LOL!
I think this has been one of the hardest physically and emotionally things I have done. But also the most rewarding.
