My Program:
I plan to workout almost every day. This is a lifestyle change, and if it's gonna happen it needs to be consistent! Some days may be lighter than others to keep me motivated.
My tools include:
Biggest Loser: Cardio Max DVD
Element: Yoga for weight loss
School fitness center, where I will mostly be using the elliptical and sometimes treadmill

I plan to incorporate more veggies in my diet, and all but eliminate cheese, sugar, and pop.

I almost forgot, I also wanted to personally let you know that I finally created a sister team based off of our group The Biggest Loser Workout Club.

The group is The Biggest Loser Makeover Club. Just like the TV show, makeover week is one of the most anticipated episodes of The Biggest Loser. Whether reaching your new goal weight or having made it to a mini stage, everyone deserves a makeover. Here you can gain some helpful tips and tricks on how to dress to impress!

I wanted to let you know that with summer just around the corner The Biggest Loser Workout Club created a challenge based off of the popular show "The Biggest Loser."
