Life Changes

I have finally figured out that if I don't change my lifestyle to include the gym or other exercise daily and watching what I eat, I'll never reach my goal of 120 pounds. So on and upward I go!

Participating in Biggest Loser challenges. Want to add to those challenges by doing the 5-minute a day challenge and increasing my cardio to four hours a week up from 3.

Personal Information:
Mother of two adult sons. I have been married for over 30 years and am very happy. My mom lives with us. I have three dogs a dalmatian mix, chow mix and a rotweiller. Love cats but at the moment I do not have any.

I like to work with computers. Spend time with family.
