Stroll Away the Pounds

I am trying to lose that last 10 pounds! I am a Stroller Strides instrucor and am so excited to help others get fit!

Goal 1: run 3 miles under 30 minutes by end of April.

Goal 2: run 5 miles under 1 hour by June 15th.

Goal 3: eat healthy and reasonable portions each day.
