Hi Everyone, I am married & I have 3 kids, ages 18,15 & 7. I have been a member of Spark People since 06. I joined shortly after my husband. I started my journey @ 171. I did not want to post a page until I seen some progress. I was very tiny in my school years. I was also very active in dance, gymnastics, horse riding ect. I was only 94 lbs when I got pregnant w/ my 1st. Then started to pack on the lbs after my 2nd. After my 3rd I knew my body was just not the same as it use to be. So @ around 160 + lbs & not feeling very healthy I decided to get my body back in working order & it is very much still a work in progress. I never want to go back to the unhealthy me again. Thanks to Spark People for the motivation. & a Big Thank You to my fitness/ aerobics trainers @ my hometown gym :o)

To be @ a healthy weight, in shape/ toned. Pass my group fitness certification & run a marathon.
Passed My Primary Group Fitness Certification 2010!

Added to my goals. To be licensed to teach Zumba!
Now licensed to teach Zumba! April 2011


My Program:
MON:
Practice for my Zumba & Step class.
Teach Step 1hr & Zumba class for 1 hr.

TUE:
Upper body strength training. Abs. Practice for my Zumba & Step classes. Teach SilverSneakers 1hr & Zumba 1 hr

Wed:
Teach Zumba 1 hr

THUR:
Lower body & abs. Practice for my zumba class. Teach Zumba class (2) 1 hr classes

FRI:
Varies

Sat:
Varies

SUN: Off Day

Additions: Some days I do get to add in a bike ride or a hike ect. to my list. & some days I get to sub for other instructors.



Personal Information:
I love spending time w/family, friends, anything fitness, going to church, outdoor activities :0)

Keep moving, Make your workouts fun & don't give up!

I don't always log in every fitness move & I no longer log in my meals. But when I do I stay on track a lot better& I know what I need to do more of of less of the next day/week.
