    Are you going to the gym tonight? I say go there and weigh without your shoes on and then record that weight ! I lost another 2lbs wahoo! I cant adjust my spark ticker right now because I am too sad to put it back up to 176.2 (my weight this morning) but will hopefully soon. I have a daycare interview this weekend, if I get the new kid then I will have alot of extra money and will join the gym! I will keep you posted! Great job recording your food btw yesterday!!

    grr thats frustrating girl- well maybe you arent eating enough?? Did you get to workout alot this week? We can talk about it on Thursday! Let me make sure Mike can get home by 5pm now that I said that- Do you want to say 5:30 just to be safe? Not that you cant come chat or whatever until we can leave but if you have stuff to do I dont want to keep you waiting! I hope its warm out! Do you want to do like a 30 min walk? Whatever you are comfortable with, we can do longer or shorter! I am excited ! I hope we can make this a habit!!

    Hey! I am VERY slow runner too- we can just power walk if you want- we can set up my Nike App or something! I get off work on Thursday at 5pm and I can have Mike get home whenever. Did you want to around 5pm or after dinner? Either one works for me! YEA! :)
