I saw where you mentioned PB2 on a site about Amy's cereal. Isn't PB2 the mix they use to save the lives of so many children in countries where they are starving? Where do you purchase it?

I believe discipline is key, and I always remember that it takes 30 days to break (or make) a habit. Once I know I have been consistent in eating right and exercising, I know I'm in the game. With skating, I had a coach and parents to guide me, but it' hard when you're on your own to make your own decisions. My husband helps motivate me, such as when I come home from work and want to relax, and he encourages me to go for a run.
I agree that the nutrition and fitness tracker keep me going, as I also use the scale and measurements too. I use the scale to understand how weight works: I can fluctuate 2 lbs in a day but I find my most accurate weight is first thing in the morning. Measuring myself gives me a guarantee of weight loss, since it's really the SIZE we want to be rather than the weight.
Do you work at all? I find that work helps me stay on track in bringing my lunch. I also only grocery shop when I have eaten already, and only shop for healthy foods. That way, I don't have the convenience of junk food in the house.
All in all, once I break that 30 day habit, I find that my anxiety decreases, I FEEL GOOD, and I have motivation on my own! emoticon

It's good to hear from someone! What is your main reason for weight loss? Any advice to keep with it? I agree to eat without "dieting." It's a good mentality for lifelong fitness. emoticon

Just wanted to wish you a belated "Happy Birthday"! Hope you had a great day and a fun celebration of YOU!

And, bonus, I notice you've been LOSING! :) Congratulations! Doesn't that smaller number look fantastic on you?

Cheers,
Maya
