sick of feeling like a failure

I've been over weight my whole life but it's time to get this weight off me. In the past year though I have been diasgosined with both PCOS and a low thyriod. They both were a shocker to my system and now I understand why I have a had time losing weight. I have also been fighting food allergies which actually in the long run has made eating healthy not a choice, but a I have to.

I'm just trying to get healthy and figure this all out.

My Goals:
would love to see a weight goal of hitting 145 but I'm not focus on the number as much as getting healthy. Some goals are

to run a 5k, 10k half and full.

to run the dirty girl, warrior dash and tough mudder.

and over all just be healthy and active.

My Program:
right now I'm doing insanity. However on days I have an allergy attack I'm forced to do a simple workout program.

Food wise is anything that doesn't make me sick at the moment.

Reactions like that is so serious. If your doctors don't have a clue, then you should find someone else. You might consider an Allergist, unless that is the type of doctor you are already seeing. I wouldn't wait either. It could be something in the house or something in the air. Either way you need to be tested for allergies of all kinds to find out. I really feel for you. I have a lot of allergies. Most come in rashes. But some food and plant allergies causes me swelling as well. Bees are my biggest problem. I have to keep an Epi Pen. I just had a prayer for you that the LORD will help you find the right doctor and nail down what is going on. Feel better soon. Try to stay calm. Panicking make it worse. I know that is easier said then done. Take care!
