Making health and fitness a priority :-)

I am a 41 year old wife/mother that no longer likes what I see in the mirror. Over the years along with life's ups and downs, I have allowed myself to become over weight and unfit but that is about to change! I have made a commitment to myself to reclaim my health/fitness.
