What I want: To look back and see how far I've come
Hi my name is Meghan and I'm 23 years old. I've never been on the slim side but never considered myself to be overweight. Over the past 5 or so years I've been struggling with my weight and it's become a self-esteem issue for myself. I've realized that I need to STOP making excuses and make some positive changes. My Goals:
1. Stop making excuses. 2. Run another 5k 3. Lose 30 lbs. 4. Eat more healthy
My Program:
I'm starting slow, but I think this is the best way for me to stay on track and succeed. I'm ditching out all fast food, counting my calories and keeping an eye on my portions. I need to stop snacking when I "think" I'm hungry only come to find out I'm just bored.
Other Information:
