I saw your comment on DizzyBlond (Jackie's) blog. If yo are feeling less than wonderful on a low carb diet then check out what Diet Doctor says is the cure for "Keto Flu". I had mild symptoms and it worked immediately for me. Also, the is a group (just getting started) called Breaking the Obesity Code that I am in and would love to have you join us. You can find it on my wall. I am on Day 27 of no sugar/no refined carbs and have lost 7.2 lbs--which simply amazes--I started this for better health and a way to sustain my 100+ weight loss.
Thanks for the friend add...and congrats on your weight loss! I'm new to low-carb-high-fat. Several of my WW friends started it and I decided (since my weight loss stalled) to try it too. I feel so GUILTY though, like all this fat is going to catch up to me. Between the book "The Obesity Code by Jason Fung" and checking out the website diet doctor.com, I think I'm doing it right. According to the tracker here at SP I'm right around 20-30 carbs a day. Hoping I can shed this last 30 pounds! 60 days ago
