I can so relate to the chinese buffet! It's our family favorite, but since starting SP I do much better with it. I rarely go back for seconds and I include a lot more raw veggies than I used to. Now it's not so much the calories that do me in, but the tons of salt. I always go up a couple of pounds the day after eating chinese :( But I've learned to ignore it, and get back on track.
Be sure to use the trackers and STAY CONNECTED no matter what-the support here can't be beat & it really helps knowing others are going thru the same things you are!
