I eat fiber plus coconut fudge bars. They taste just like Samoas girl scout cookies but are only 140 calories and really good for you! I eat one a day and sometimes 2, when the sweet cravings hit. If I have had too many calories and still want something sweet I chew Extra Dessert Delights gum. They run out of flavor real quick but they have flavors like mint chocolate chip ice cream and strawberry short cake, and my favorite, key lime pie. Only 5 calories a stick and it really gives your mouth that burst of sweet flavor. Hope this helps. 1970 days ago
After dinner sweets cravings... well maybe take a walk (I drag my family out - the dog loves it though). Drink more water. Have a piece of fruit. If you eat some sweets, have just a smidgen, and savor it.
