I can do all things.....Phil 4:13!!!

I am a Christian, wife, mother and RN. I need to lose45+ lbs but am starting off with 10% of my body weight. I would like to reach my initial goal by October 1st. I plan on walking or going to the gym 4 times weekly. I live in the Charleston SC area. I am looking for a few good support people and would do the same for them. I have tried many different diets with varying results. I am now doing the eat less move more method...lol.

My goals are initially to lose 10% of my starting body weight which will be 181 lbs. I will have to do this several times more to reach my goal of 145 lbs.

My Program:
burn more calories than I take in and move more!

Hello! Sorry I haven't gotten back to you sooner!
I have taken a break to avoid the "New Years Resolutioners" and to work on my core. My gym was insane, so I've been doing strength and toning at home with Xfinity's work outs. I am about to go back however. I will pick up somewhere around the end of week 4, early week 5. I need to get my butt back in gear!
How is your C25k going?
