hi i am a mom of 4adult kids and 10 grand kids. i need to lose the weight for health reasons,when i do lose some weight i only wind up regaining it back.....need to get out of the rut..i had this year both knees replacements done on them and it is very difficult to get around.tried to get rid of the use of the cane but can't do it .knee is very painful and i can't seem to do too much..help need some ideas..........thanks
