You are in the right place!
Just think!! We (who all have 10-25 lbs to lose) are all really within reach of our goals!! Spring is right around the corner,and you CAN make tons of progress even by then! And by summer?? Watchout!
Just take it slow & easy!!
Have you tried the food tracker? It is so addicting & motivating! UNclick the "show meal plans" and just do "add a food" for everything you eat. You will most certainly find everything in there, and it adds everything up for ya!! And before you know it, poof.. you're heading in the RIGHT direction!!!
