I am a married, part time working, devoted mother of 2 beautiful children (1 boy and 1 girl) of whom I am very proud of everyday! I am in a constant battle of losing and gaining weight and I am currently at the trying to lose stage once again.

My first goal is to lose 10 pounds.

My ultimate goal is to weigh 140 pounds... but it seems sooo far away.

My Program:
Drinking plenty of water, regular exercise and tracking my food intake... that's the plan and I am sticking to it!!

when you think of it as 140 pounds - it does seem far away, but when you think of it in smaller amounts it isn't as insurmountable

I have lost 55 of the approx. 120 I need to lose - and now it seems attainable

Sparkfriends are the best! Let's have fun working on our goals & encouraging each other. One of my favourite SP motivational articles is "Two Steps Forward, One Step Back" I always read it before any major "eating" events like Thanksgiving. emoticon
