Time to Make a Change

Hi All:

I'm in love with the Spark Community and am looking forward to gaining a healthy lifestyle with the assistance of SP.

With SP, I plan to get to about 140. For me, that would put me about a size 6-7. I'm not sure yet, I'll have to see how how it looks on me. I don't want to be blown over by a strong breeze.

update...I'm in the 160's now... The shrinkage continues....

update.... I back up to 176 grrr.... getting back on track. I quit smoking (again) and for good this time so I feel just wonderful. Let's get back to that shrinkage shall we?

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to weigh between 130 and 135 pounds with 19% body fat. I work in a health & wellness capacity showing others how to achieve radiant health.

My one year goal is to maintain my weight of 135 with ease. I sport a killa 6-pack and a size 6 caboose. At this time, I have my personal training certification.

My 6 month goal is to start my training for personal certifications and tweak my weight loss methods.

My three month goal is to have released a total of at least 25 pounds.

My monthly goal is to release 7 pounds per month.

My weekly goal is to be better than I was last week. I set a personal fitness challenge each week.

My daily goals:
-look at my goals
-drink at least 10 glasses H2O
-Do 1 hour of workouts (6 days)
-eat clean
-give thanks
-laugh out loud
-recognize that I am radiant health

* I know these goals sound ambitious however, I believe that if your goals don't scare yo

My Program:
I have re-vamped my workouts and am going with Zumba and Yoga.

I feel pretty good about my workout strategy.

One meal per week is my cheat meal. This includes a glorious glass of wine.

I mean business. It's time to make a change!

Personal Information:
I LUV to cook all sorts of ethnic meals. Cooking allows me to be creative when I never thought I was. I'm having a good time dolling up some of these recipes with herbs and spices.

I'm very excited about my life right now. I feel like things are finally coming together and that I'm making them happen. It feels great.

I'm so excited about this journey, I hope you'll join me. ;)

Other Information:
I love a good laugh, a great book, old skool music and on occasion, a good cry.
