I finally got it!!!
I am a woman who has been strugling with weight since childhood, I want to change my lifestyle and not only loose weight. I finally got it!! after 39 years I want to change a world of bad habits and not only look for a quick fix like I have been doing in the past. This time its so much different, I am not giving up on the food I enjoy I am just watching my daily intake and getting 30 minutes of exercise each day. I lost the fear of being hungry by dividing my colories in 5 or 6 meals.... ...

I lost the fear of being hungry by dividing my colories in 5 or 6 meals.... that way when I dont feel my stomach full I no longer feel anxious because now I know I will be eating shortly....thank you Lord for giving me the strenght to continue ....

My Program:
At this point I am watching my daily calories, under 1500. No matter what I am logging in 30 minutes of physical activity, walking, heavy cleaning. I am starting the from couch to 5k program on June 25, 2012
