Hi! My name is Maya. I feel really bad because of my weight. I've been fat since my childhood...thought, I've got really fat when my studies started. It is 100 kg now and I have so many reasons to put off! I keep my loosing weight diary, ride bicycle but eat unhealthy. I have to do something about that.

My Goals:
I would like to have a healthy BMI, to look and to feel better.

My Program:
My program is quite simple. I don't eat anything sweet after 3p.m. and I don't eat anything at all after 6p.m. Maybe it looks like too easy to you but it always worked for me. I always had success by this way of dieting. (Feeling in the morning is amazing!) But my problem is that sometimes this easy way is getting the hard way....because I am the weak person sometimes... hopefully not anymore. I'll try to be better this time!

One girl said she found if she worked out 1 day but then skipped the next it made it easier to continue skipping days of working out. (I find this advice very useful!)

Also I want to buy a pedometer to give me the motivation to walk more.

Hi, my name is Maya. I am 29 years old and I was overweight for a very long time. I have good will to change it.

Other Information:
I graduated literature and like to read. Also I like to travel, go out with my husband and our friends, like to shopping, go to the theater... there are so many things that make me happy. Especially, my daughter Sara :)
