I want to lose 15 pounds by summer 2016. I will do this by following a diet of 1100-1200 calories per day of the right foods, no adult beverages, and a lot more excercise. I want to do this for me, myself and I.
For every 5 pounds I lose I will reward myself with something I have wanted for a long time.
