Don't feel bad about your chocolate bunny. We all have those moments. Chalk it up to experience and try to do better next time. If you find yourself chewing on another bunny, make a comittment to do two things: 1. write down how you felt right before, during and after eatting the bunny 2. Committ yourself to get rid of one piece of the bunny. If you feel you can handle freezing it, etc - do it, if not, throw that piece away.
If it happens to you again, repeat both, but increase how much of the bunny goes away in step two. Don't expect perfection, but work to get as close as you can - it will pay off. 2991 days ago
