I'm a thirty-something married mommy who has always struggled with weight. I lost 35lbs so I could get pregnant and be healthy during pregnancy as well as drop my BP. Unfortunately, my daughter has turned 4... and I'm heavier than ever. So afraid to fail again!

I've been back on spark since writing this 1st paragraph in mid July. Doing great and trying to keep slow and steady and focus on small goals. God and prayer is seeing me through each small goal. Reminding myself that the slower it comes off the less likely it is to return as I trudge forward! Not beating myself up if I couldn't log every crumb day by day as long as I'm making healthier choices and working out. And it's been working. I want to reach my 240's goal for October's end but will have to track religiously and kick up my days per week of exercise. I can do it!

My Goals:
Lose 75lbs by December 9th, 2014.
10 Year Wedding Anniversary!

Mini-goals:

August-able to stand-up w/o supporting myself -Getting better at this and I can do it some days but not others...don't know if it's due to the soreness from the workouts or still not being flexible enough.

September- able to finish all 9 rounds w/in bell timer-DONE!

October-weight in the 240's or lower

November-not the last or one of the last people in back door at 9Round -DONE

December- Fit into a size 18

I'll create more goals as I see where I'm at in December and what I still need to work toward or for.

Down from 272.5 to 257.5lbs
Down from size 24 to a 20
Down 18" total but I measure many more places than just the basic 4.

Down 8lbs! My short term goal is to be down 10lbs. by St. Patty's Day! 9 days to go and 2lbs to go to mini goal...I can do it!!!! emoticon
